WHAT THE ADOPTION FEE SUPPORTS / 认养费用用途

The adoption fee supports agreed programme services, which may include tree purchase, establishment, planting, watering, maintenance, identification signage, growth updates, community activities, garden development and education programmes.

认养费用用于约定的项目服务，可能包括树木采购、建植、种植、浇水、养护、认养标识、成长更新、社区活动、花园建设和教育项目。

TREE OWNERSHIP AND ADOPTION RIGHTS / 所有权与认养权益

An adoption does not transfer ownership of the tree or land. The tree and land remain the property of the programme operator or landowner. Participants receive only the services and participation rights stated in the selected adoption plan. Trees may not be removed, sold, transferred or pruned by participants.

认养不会转移树木或土地所有权。树木和土地仍归项目运营方或土地所有人所有。认养人仅获得所选方案中约定的服务和参与权益，不得自行挖走、出售、转让或修剪树木。

TERM, RENEWAL, REPLACEMENT AND CANCELLATION / 期限、续认、更换与取消

Adoption rights apply for the stated plan term and may be renewed subject to availability. If a tree dies during the adoption period, the operator may provide a reasonable replacement in accordance with the applicable plan and natural conditions.

认养权益仅在所选方案期限内有效，并可在有名额时续认。若树木在认养期内死亡，项目方可根据相应方案及自然条件提供合理替换。

A cancellation request made within 7 days of payment may be refunded if planting, custom signage or fulfilment has not started. Once custom work or planting has begun, actual costs may be deducted. Weather-related postponements will normally be rescheduled rather than automatically refunded. If the operator cannot provide the programme for an extended period, an appropriate alternative or refund for the unfulfilled portion may be offered.

付款后7天内，如尚未开始种植、定制铭牌或履约，可申请退款。定制或种植开始后，可扣除实际成本。因天气延期的活动通常安排改期，不自动退款。若项目方长期无法提供服务，可提供合理替代方案或退还未履行部分费用。

The Elderwise Tree Adoption Programme is a community participation, gardening and nature experience programme. It is not a financial product, investment, savings scheme or guaranteed-return programme. No financial return, fixed harvest, tree growth rate or future value is promised.

青龄圈树木认养计划是一项社区参与、园艺和自然体验项目，不属于金融产品、投资计划、储蓄计划或保本收益项目。项目不承诺任何资金回报、固定采收数量、树木生长速度或未来价值。

Tree health, growth and fruit production may be affected by weather, pests, disease, seasonal conditions and other natural factors. Specific yields, growth rates and survival outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

树木健康、生长和结果可能受到天气、病虫害、季节及其他自然因素影响，具体产量、生长速度和存活结果无法保证。

Activity dates, garden access and harvesting opportunities are subject to registration, weather, safety requirements and operational availability. Participants must follow site safety instructions. Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult during all visits and activities.

活动日期、花园探访和采摘机会均需提前报名，并受天气、安全要求和实际运营条件限制。参与者须遵守现场安全指引，儿童参加活动或探访时必须由负责任的成年人全程陪同。
